Do this combination 10 times | Repeat for 3 to 4 set or more
First do a jab, then lift up your left knee to fake a push (but don't push)
Jab again, then push kick from your left leg.
Bring back your feet in standing position.
then do this second part of the combination:
jab
fake push kick (lifting up your knee again without pushing)
Jump forward right away from your left foot to get closer so you can knee from your right leg
Then throw your right elbow and come back quick with the right kick
